Day 1: Kovalam
On arrival at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport meet and be greeted by your tour leader & driver, transfer to hotel at Kovalam. Your accommodation is arranged at the Soma Palm Shore, located at Kovalam beach. You will not have any cycling on the first day, take rest at the hotel to get rid of the jet lag. Also, our guide will brief you about the trip and can fix the cycles for the next day.

Day 2: Varkala
After breakfast from the hotel, we will take the coastal roads to reach Varkala beach in the afternoon. After lunch, you can enjoy the beach and its surroundings at a leisurely pace. The beach is a haven for sun-bathing and swimming. The evening views of the sunset are worth lingering over.

Day 3: Kollam
We begin our cycling today to Elephant Park after breakfast and get an opportunity to see the elephants and interact with them. Kollam is another coastal town which is located on the banks of Ashtamudi Lake, here also we will be taking the costal roads to reach. Kollam is an ancient trading town – trading with Romans, Chinese, Arabs and other Orientals – mentioned in historical citations dating back to Biblical times and the reign of Solomon, connecting with Red Sea ports of the Arabian Sea (supported by a find of ancient Roman coins).

Day 4: Alleppey
Today our cycling begins after breakfast to the back roads in Alleppey, a coastal town famous for its backwaters. As we cycle through the small villages and country roads, we get to see how coconut husk is being processed and made into coir mats and ropes. The evening can be spent by taking a walk through the paddy fields, or meeting the local people or by taking a ride to the village market.

Day 5: Fort Kochi
Cochin is the cosmopolitan center of Kerala. Some of the best spots in Fort Kochi and Mattancherry (the more historical hub) include the Dutch palace, the Jew Synagogue, St Francis’ Church, Dutch Cemetery, Chinese Fishing nets, Santa Cruz Cathedral and so on. The old world charm infused with the numerous spice markets, antique shops and art galleries will amaze you.
